Six-Store Valuation for Complex Acquisition Negotiations

An out-of-state owner of a chain of auto parts retail stores needed to know the value of each location before entering negotiations with a large national auto parts retailer. Tom reviewed the financial statements, relevant business information and special considerations for all six stores and delivered individual Broker Opinions of Value for each location as well as a cumulative valuation.
